Ken directs all operations of the SenDEC CEM and Products Groups. He founded SenDEC in 1972 as a custom electronics design firm, serving the electronics design needs of Xerox, Kodak, and other leading manufacturers in Upstate New York. In 1978, he added PCB production and subassembly to the company’s capabilities. In 1993, Ken acquired SIPAP Electronics resulting in the formation of SenDEC's Products Group, which today markets a wide variety of maintenance meters, tachometers and racing products to customers worldwide.
Prior to launching SenDEC, Ken worked for Xerox Corporation as an engineer, technical specialist, and engineering manager engaged in the design and development of new copier and duplicator products. He supervised the engineering of hardware and software designs of control systems and applications of custom, large-scale integrated circuits, keyboards and display technologies for advanced Xerox copier products. Ken implemented the first microprocessor used in a Xerox Copier/Duplicator.
Ken graduated from the University of Illinois in 1966 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He completed advanced studies at both the University of Rochester and the Rochester Institute of Technology. Ken is the inventor or co-inventor of 8 U.S. and foreign patents.
Tom Tette

As CFO, Tom serves as secretary, treasurer and chief accountant of SenDEC Corporation. Before joining SenDEC in 1995, Tom was Controller for Champion Moving and Storage in Rochester, NY, where he consolidated the debt structure, improved cash flow, introduced a 401K plan, and computerized payroll. In his previous position as Controller for G.P. Improvements, Tom improved job cost and inventory controls and handled all aspects of accounting. Prior to joining G.P. Improvements, Tom spent 17 years at General Signal Corporation, where he worked his way up from the accounting and computer department in the Kayex Corporation Division to Vice President and General Manager of the Spitfire Tool & Machine Division. Tom holds a BS in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Wm. Craig Hoffman

Craig is responsible for SenDEC's Contract Electronics Manufacturing Services business unit. He has over 30 years of engineering and production management experience. Before joining SenDEC in 1995, Craig was General Manager of U.S. Assemblies Endicott Inc., a division of the Matco Electronics Group. There he managed the day-to-day contract manufacturing operations including a work force of 150 people. Craig developed and monitored operating budgets, implemented cost containment and quality programs, and assisted in the startup of a contract manufacturing facility in Florida.
Craig was previously Vice President of Operations and General Manager of American Computer Assembly Inc. (COMPASS), where he managed manufacturing, materials, engineering, and human resources. He has also managed customer relations functions with Fortune 500 firms - assuring contract compliance and the meeting of quality and delivery requirements. Prior to joining COMPASS, Craig managed engineering and production operations for Ebonex Corporation, Savin Corp and MLI Industries. He began his career as a Design Engineer at Sperry Univac and Fisher Price.
John Stryker
Director of Quality Assurance

As Director of Quality Assurance, John is responsible for all aspects of process engineering and product build specification, quality engineering, receiving inspection, in-process QA, final QA, document control, and test engineering. He championed the ISO 9002 and ISO 9001:2000 certifications for SenDEC in 2002 and 2003 respectively. Before joining SenDEC in 1995, John spent 18 years in process and quality management roles at Taylor Instruments Division of Sybron, the Computer Consoles Inc. Division of Nortel, and Metscan Corporation. John received his BSIE from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and is a member of the SMTA and IPC associations.
Mike Campoli

Mike brings over 25 years experience in Purchasing and Inventory Management to SenDEC. He is responsible for Purchasing and Inventory Control functions for SenDEC CEM Group. Prior to joining SenDEC in 2006, served as Worldwide Circuit Board Assembly and Bare Boards Commodity Manager at Eastman Kodak Company where duties included sourcing circuit board assemblies for Kodak’s Health and Graphics Communication Groups.
Michael Fiske
Marketing & Sales Manager

Mike is responsible for overseeing all marketing activities and driving new business for SenDEC’s CEM Group. He brings over 15 years of industrial product and service marketing expertise in addition to new business and product development experience to SenDEC. Mike joined SenDEC in 2006 after serving as Director of Marketing for Kodak’s Healthcare Information Systems business unit. Previous work experience includes Business Development, Product Marketing Management and New Product Development roles at Nortel and General Railway Signal Corporation. Mike received his BSEE from Clarkson University and his MBA in Marketing - Innovation Management from Syracuse University.
Susan Horne
Prototype Manager & Senior Designer

Sue leads SenDEC's work cell responsible for quick turn prototyping and IPC-610-A Class III government projects. She is also SenDEC's Senior Designer with over 20 years experience in CAD design of technologies including BGA substrates, PCB, MCM, LTCC circuits, and hybrids. She joined SenDEC in 2001 as Prototype Manager after serving as CAD Designer and Program Manager at Allied Signal/InterChip. Sue founded TASK Technologies which was acquired by InterChip Systems in 1991.
David Lynch
Engineering Manager

Dave is responsible for Engineering management, Test Engineering, design and consultation services for existing and new CEM Group programs. He brings over 36 years experience in design, test, manufacturing and product delivery to SenDEC. Dave is a good fit for the work performed at SenDEC and is able to provide valuable insight into product designs for SenDEC customers.
Prior to joining SenDEC in 2005, David served as lead designer for several organizations within Xerox Corporation specializing in high speed digital designs with embedded processors and high efficiency power supplies. Dave received his BSEE from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
